The abbey's gardens, which have been awarded the "Remarkable Garden" label, are set between the remains of the Romanesque churches and the 6th century tombs: Mediterranean plants, olive trees and century-old pines.... On the heights, these balcony gardens offer a panoramic view of the Palace of the Popes in Avignon.
