Museum Louis Vouland, Avignon
Come and discover this little jewel of Avignon! This private mansion, former home of the collector Louis Vouland (Noves 1883 - Avignon 1973), is located in an area that was built up at the end of the 19th century to the west of Avignon, near the Rhône, on the site of the former Dominican convent or Friars Preachers.
The museum presents a permanent collection of Decorative Arts from the 17th and 18th centuries. It also presents works by 19th and 20th century Provençal artists from the museum's collection, during thematic or monographic exhibitions.
TO COMPLETE YOUR VISIT (included in the Pass)
The museum offers temporary exhibitions that unfold in contemporary rooms and within the collections of decorative arts, where constantly renewed dialogues are formed.
