All visitors over the age of 18 will be required to present either a vaccination certificate, a negative result for a test taken within the last 72 hours, or a positive result from between 11 days and 6 months before the date of entry as proof of recovery. Each of these certificates should be encoded in the form of a QR Code. You can present your “Pass Sanitaire” in the form you prefer (paper, PDF or via the TousAntiCovid app), provided it has a QR code, and you will also be required to show ID.

The museums and monuments of Vaucluse have adapted to the current health situation: remember to check the opening days and times by telephone (you will find them on this website) before planning your visit.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

VISIT TO THE POPES’ PALACE: Each visitor with an Avignon City Pass or a Vaucluse Provence Pass must contact the Avignon Tourist Office at +33(0)4 32 74 32 74 or present themselves at the premises of the Avignon Tourist Office, in order to book their visit to the Popes’ Palace by choosing a time slot. You are only guaranteed access to the monument with a prior reservation, registered with your surname, first name and serial number indicated on the Pass. Each visitor must present their pass and ticket corresponding to the time slot of the visit at the ticket office.
