Discover the history of the famous candied fruit of Provence, by browsing these spaces full of exclusive films, letting you in on the secrets which have been passed on from confectioners centuries ago, to those of the present day.

The candied fruit's house

The Candied Fruit Museum, located within La Maison du Fruit Confit (or the house of candied fruit) shop, offers visitors the chance to enter into and explore their workshops. Visitors are welcomed into a discovery and exhibition area containing old machines, historical documents, an olfactory and taste trail as well as videos accompanied by explanatory panels. Our company museum presents the history of know-how and confectionery techniques from ancient times to the present day. Visits are possible every day at 10:30 am. Opening of the shop from Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:30.
